Rooms are available for private pay, Long Term Care Insurance and limited Medicaid.Medicaid residents are in semi-private rooms.

Our single level ranch style home provides 15 private rooms 5 of which can be shared. Rooms are available for insurance or private pay. Designated rooms are also available for Medicaid. Furnishings for rooms can be provided at no additional charge while supplies last. We however, encourage our residents to bring their own furnishings for their own personal comfort.

The Executive Director of Willow Grove, LeRoy Mattson has a degree in Health Care Administration and is a licenced Nursing Home Administrator in both Washington and Iowa.
