About Willow Grove,

        Willow Grove Home is a ranch style single level assisted living facility. If you are looking for a home that provides assistance with a friendly and family environment, Willow Grove Home is the place for you.

        We are licenced for 20 residents. We have 15 private rooms, 5 of which can be shared. We accept Long Term Care insurance, limited Medicaid, and Private Pay for our residents. Medicaid residents are provided with semi-private rooms. Furnishings can provided at no additional while supplies last. We however, encourage our residents to furnishings for their own personal comfort and well being.

        Our dedicated staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and provide a full range of services to ensure all of residents enjoy an exceptional quality of daily living.

        The Executive Director of Willow Grove is LeRoy Mattson. LeRoy has a degree in Health Care Administration and is a Licence Nursing Home Administrator in both Washington and Iowa State. Willow Grove management and staff strive for the standard of services and are committed to the quality, choice, individuality, and privacy of each resident.
